The following information is posted in accordance with RCW 61.24.031(5)(e)
(i) Options that may be available to borrowers who are unable to afford their mortgage payments and who wish to avoid foreclosure, and instructions to borrowers advising them on steps to take to explore those options:
- Refinancing through a third party lender, a sale of your home, modification of your loan, or a deed in lieu of foreclosure are all options that may be available to you to avoid foreclosure of your home.
(ii) A list of financial documents borrowers who are unable to afford their mortgage payments should collect and be prepared to present to the beneficiary or authorized agent when discussing options for avoiding foreclosure:
- If you are willing to refinance your obligations, you should take copies of the following documents to a financial institution to seek a loan for refinancing purposes: your last two years tax returns, W2s, and 1099s.
(iii) A toll-free telephone number or charge-free equivalent for borrowers who wish to discuss options for avoiding foreclosure with their beneficiary or authorized agent:
