The Alzheimer’s Association North Central washington “Walk to End Alzheimer’s®” is the world’s largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support and research. This inspiring event calls on participants of all ages and abilities to reclaim the future for millions! The North Central Washington Walk to End Alzheimer’s returns this year to Pybus Public Market on Saturday, September 8, 2018. Registration opens at 8:30am, Ceremony at 9:45am, Walk at 10:00am.

Estate Planning for Farmers and Ranchers

David Kazemba will be a featured speaker for a national National Business Institute continuing legal education class entitled Estate Planning for Farmers and Ranchers.  Specifically, David will be speaking on top challenges, entity choices for farming operations, and valuation discounts in light of the proposed regulations which would amend Internal Revenue Code Sec. 25.2704 which effects valuation discounts and the ability of holder's right to transfer his or her interest in a corporation or partnership.  

This seminar is designed to teach other attorneys and accountants about the proposed regulations and help educate practitioners about how this may effect estate planning for the family farmer or rancher.
